Shelter homes have been opened for homeless people amid the ongoing cold wave in Delhi. News agency ANI reported that the Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board is providing facilities like TV, books, washrooms and mohalla clinics in a night shelter near Dandi Park in Yamuna Bazar. The caretaker of shelter home 'Rain Basera' had said beds and breakfast are provided.
