Shelton slams tennis second serve rule after US Open final defeat to Alexander Zverev
Following his defeat to Alexander Zverev in the US Open final, Ben Shelton criticised current tennis rules and called for a time limit on second serves. "If [Zverev] is bouncing...ball 20 to 25 times, I shouldn't have to just sit there for that...He never does less than 10 bounces," Shelton said. Notably, the first serve has a 25-second time limit.
