Shimla, the capital of Himachal Pradesh, recorded a temperature of -3.2°C, which is reportedly the lowest temperature in six years. Further, Keylong recorded a temperature of -11.4°C and Manali reached -6.6°C. Continuous snowfall has resulted in power failure, frozen pipes, and disrupted water supply in the area, said officials.
