HCL Technologies Founder and Chairman Shiv Nadar has made a donation of ₹1 crore to the Lord Venkateswara temple in Tirupati. Nadar handed over a demand draft for ₹1,00,00,001 to a temple official after offering prayers. He requested Tirumala Tirupati Devasathanams, which manages the shrine, to utilise the fund for a hospital trust run by it for differently-abled people.
