A shoe was hurled at AAP MLA Gopal Italia during Gujarat Jodo Yatra event in Jamnagar, after which the accused, allegedly a Congress worker, was thrashed by attendees. AAP's Arvind Kejriwal accused both BJP and Congress of targeting the party amid its rising popularity in the state. He said, "We question BJP's failures...but Congress is the one feeling the pain...why?"
