Zepto CEO Aadit Palicha said DMart is a "phenomenal business" but shopping there is "a fight". "You stand in line...it is crowded [and] cashiers might not be available. It's just not like a good feeling," Palicha stated. "I think what this generation is going for is good [and] high-quality service at a reasonable cost," he added.
