Delhi High Court has asked Vivek Agnihotri to appear before it after he apologised unconditionally for his remarks against a judge through an affidavit. The court said, "Does he have any difficulty to appear before this court? He has to be present and show remorse in person." The court added, "The remorse cannot always be expressed by way of affidavit."
