PBKS skipper Shreyas became the fifth player to captain 100 or more matches in IPL, achieving the feat during PBKS-RCB IPL 2026 match at Dharamshala on Sunday. He has now captained 30 matches for PBKS. Former CSK and RPS skipper MS Dhoni leads the list with 235 matches as captain, followed by Gautam Gambhir, Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma.
