Team India captain Shubman Gill on Wednesday smashed his ninth hundred in ODI cricket, reaching the three-figure mark off 77 deliveries in the second ODI against Afghanistan in Lucknow. Gill took 63 innings to hit nine hundreds in ODIs, becoming the fastest Indian batter to achieve the feat. Shikhar Dhawan held the previous record, taking 72 innings.
