Delhi High Court has directed the national capital's authorities to shut down all coaching centres operating without the fire department's No-Objection Certificate (NOC). Police had told the court that 516 of the total 583 coaching institutes in Delhi are running without the certificate. Last month, over 60 students were injured in a fire at a coaching centre in Mukherjee Nagar.
