Shutterstock on Wednesday announced the launch of its AI image-generation platform, which produces pictures based on text prompts. The platform, which supports over 20 languages, creates images "ready for licensing", the company stated. Shutterstock announced last year that it was partnering with OpenAI, the maker of ChatGPT and text-to-image generator DALL-E, to create the platform.
