Mumbai-based live bus tracking app Chalo said on Tuesday it has acquired office commute service provider Shuttl in an all-cash deal. Chalo's Co-founder and CEO Mohit Dubey declined to disclose the financial terms of the deal, but said Shuttl Co-founder and CEO Amit Singh has agreed to continue his journey. Notably, Chalo raised $40 million in funding earlier this month.
