The Ministry of Home Affairs has declared gangster Satwinder Singh alias Satinderjit Singh alias Goldy Brar as a terrorist under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967. Goldy Brar is an accused in Sidhu Moosewala murder case. The Home Ministry said Goldy Brar is backed by cross-border terror agency and was involved in multiple killings.
