Sikkim CM Pawan Chamling on Sunday announced ₹3 lakh each as compensation to the families of the CRPF jawans who were martyred in the Pulwama terror attack. "The government of Sikkim...[will] sponsor the education of their (the martyrs') children," Chamling said in a tweet. On Friday, Chamling had condemned the attack and tweeted, "My heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families".
