Greater Siliguri Hoteliers Welfare Association in West Bengal announced on Monday that it has rescinded its previous ban on providing accommodation to Bangladeshi nationals in local hotels. This decision comes in the wake of recent diplomatic improvements between India and Bangladesh, particularly following the establishment of a democratically elected government in Bangladesh on February 17.
