Silver prices hit a new record high of ₹2.41 lakh per kg in Delhi on Tuesday, rising by ₹1,000, according to the All India Sarafa Association. In international markets, spot silver was trading higher by $3.72, or 5.15%, to $75.85/ounce. Meanwhile, gold of 99.9% purity extended its losses for the second straight day in India, declining ₹2,800 to ₹1,39,000/10 grams.
