Simpl has laid off around 100 employees across teams and verticals amid restructuring exercise. Ashish Kulshrestha, head of corporate communication said that it was a difficult decision for the fintech firm to let go some of its talented employees. He further added that the action was taken to reduce cost and improve operational efficiency.
