Sindhu Trade Links informed exchanges that its board will meet on May 22, 2026 to consider acquisition of equity shares in Advent Coal Resources and Sainik Mining. The proposed transaction includes allotment of equity shares and compulsorily convertible preference shares on a preferential basis, subject to regulatory and stock exchange approvals.
