Singapore and Malaysia announced on Wednesday they will start a quarantine-free travel lane at their land border crossing, one of the world's busiest, for vaccinated travellers. The plan, effective from November 29, expands on an already announced move to begin a travel lane for flights between Changi Airport in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur International Airport in Malaysia from next week.
