Singapore has provisionally approved a COVID-19 breath test that can detect if someone is infected with COVID-19 within 60 seconds. The test, developed by the National University of Singapore's spin-off Breathonix, achieved more than 90% accuracy in a Singapore-based pilot clinical trial last year. A trial of the technology is now expected at one of Singapore's border points with Malaysia.
