Singapore's 347-room Pan Pacific Orchard Hotel has been named the world's best new tall building by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH). CTBUH called it a 'Hotel in Nature' as the hotel's open-air terraces cut the building into different stacks vertically with different themes - forests, beaches, gardens and clouds. The 140-metre-tall structure opened in 2023.
