Singapore-based property conglomerate CapitaLand Group's former senior employees in India allegedly took "corrupt payments" from a longtime contractor of its International Tech Park in Pune in 2023, reported Bloomberg citing a lawsuit. Responding to allegations, CapitaLand said it promptly probed the matter and reported it to authorities at the time. CapitaLand itself isn't a party to the lawsuit.
