Singapore woman chases man after catching him in obscene act

A woman chased and grabbed a man by his collar after he was caught masturbating beside her at Upper Cross Street in Singapore, according to her Instagram post. She initially thought the man was trying to cool down before realising what he was doing and confronting him. Following the incident, the man was arrested, reports added.
