Singer Celine Dion recently released footage of her going through an intense seizure as she battles Stiff Person Syndrome to raise awareness about the disease. The seizure left her paralysed for several minutes. In 2022, Dion announced she was diagnosed with SPS, a rare disorder of motor function characterised by involuntary stiffness of axial muscles and superimposed painful muscle spasms.
