Space-tech startup Sisir Radar, founded by Dr Tapan Misra, Soumya Misra and Urmi Bhambhani, plans to launch India’s first private L-band synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite by 2026. The space and radar imaging firm has raised $7 million in its series A funding to develop all-weather high-resolution SAR for national security, environmental monitoring and civilian applications.
