Delhi High Court rejected AAP leader Manish Sisodia's bail plea in the excise policy case. The court said that Sisodia didn't pass the triple test for the grant of bail. As per the triple test doctrine, an accused may get bail if it's established that he is not a flight risk, won't influence witnesses and won't tamper with the evidence.
