Congress President Rahul Gandhi on Friday said Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman gave a two-and-a-half-hour speech in Parliament but "ran away" from the questions he posed. Stating he had posed two questions to Sitharaman regarding the Rafale contract, he added, "Instead of answering this, the defence minister started doing drama that 'I have been insulted, I was called a liar'."
