Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will be second Indian to present the Budget six times consecutively (five annual Budgets and one upcoming interim Budget). The only other Indian to have achieved this feat is ex-Prime Minister late Morarji Desai. Ex-Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, ex-Finance Ministers P Chidambaram and late Arun Jaitley, among others, presented Budget five times consecutively.
