Sitting for over 6 hours a day increases risk of neck pain by 88%: Study

According to study published in BMC Public Health, sitting for over six hours/day can increase risk of neck pain by 88% than that for non-sedentary individuals. Further, the study said sitting for four hours can increase the risk by 45%. The study also observed that screen-based sedentary behaviors, like mobile phone use, can lead to greater risk of neck pain.
