Allahabad High Court on Friday observed that the situation of dengue in Uttar Pradesh's capital city of Lucknow is "very pitiable" even as the state government's records said everything is "fine". The bench, which was hearing the state government's reply on a PIL over the matter, said that it would have checked the records if it had its own agency.
