South Korea-based SK Hynix on Wednesday said it was planning to raise 45.45 trillion won ($29.43 billion) through the listing of American Depositary Receipts. The firm plans to issue 17.79 million new shares for a listing of ADRs on Nasdaq on July 10. It could become the largest-ever ADR listing, surpassing $21.8 billion raised by Alibaba in 2014, Reuters reported.
