SK Telecom, South Korea's leading wireless service provider, reported a slight 0.1% decline in its Q1 net profit, which stood at 361.6 billion won ($258.3 million), down from 361.9 billion won a year earlier. The dip was mainly due to higher corporate taxes, the company stated in a regulatory filing on Monday.
