Sky Gold acquires Purvi Gems for ₹9 crore

Sky Gold & Diamonds has acquired 100% of Purvi Gems & Jewellery for ₹9 crore, expanding into lightweight, uncut and studded jewellery. The deal strengthens its higher-margin product mix and export presence, while management expects Purvi Gems to scale meaningfully over the next two to three years.
