Sri Lanka levelled the ODI series against Pakistan after a 2-wicket victory in the second ODI on Wednesday. Azhar Ali 79(104) and Shoaib Malik 51(51) took Pakistan to 287/8 in the first innings. Kusal Perera hit the second fastest ODI fifty 68(25) as SL got off to a blistering start while chasing before Dinesh Chandimal's 48* sealed the victory.
