Sleeping fewer hours could cut years off your life: Study

A new study says that getting good sleep can also help to increase longevity, and poor sleep can shorten your lifespan. "People really should strive to get seven to nine hours of sleep if at all possible," said senior author of the study Andrew McHill. Researchers say this makes sleep one of the most overlooked pillars of long-term health.
