Slim people more at risk of deadly heart attack: Harvard study

Slim but unhealthy people have fat 'hidden' in their muscles, which increases the risk of heart attacks, research has shown. A team at Harvard University examined the health impact of intermuscular fat, which is stored within muscle fibres. Also, women with this type of fat were at higher risk of dying from heart attack regardless of their body mass index.
