Three people were killed after a small plane crashed shortly after taking off in southwestern Germany on Saturday, the police said. The cause of the crash was not immediately clear but the flight recorder from the plane was recovered by the investigators. The pilot didn't make an emergency call before the crash, according to the German air traffic control agency.
