Two SME IPOs opened today, September 2. Goel Construction, engaged in civil construction projects, priced its shares at ₹250 to 262. Optivalue Tek Consulting, an IT consulting services provider, set its band at ₹80 to 84. Both issues will remain open for subscription until 4 September.
