The sacred Snana Yatra, marking the start of Rath Yatra, will be observed on Wednesday at Puri's Jagannath Temple in Odisha. Lord Jagannath, Balabhadra, and Subhadra make their first annual appearance and are bathed with 108 pitchers of sanctified water from the ‘Golden Well’. Post-bath, they adorn the Hathi Besha and are kept in seclusion in Anasara Ghar for recovery.
