Snapdeal employees have sent a letter to the investors of the e-commerce startup, urging them to end the "dictatorship" of the company's CEO Kunal Bahl and COO Rohit Bansal. They requested the investors to "stop the destruction of livelihoods of 40,000 people." Last month, Snapdeal reportedly planned to lay off 80% of its workforce after Snapdeal-Flipkart merger talks failed.
