Snapdeal has missed out on at least two funding offers in the last six months due to rift between investors on the board, according to reports. Snapdeal's early investors Kalaari Capital and Nexus Venture Partners are against Snapdeal's largest shareholder, SoftBank. While SoftBank had offered to invest in Snapdeal at almost half of its last valuation, Kalaari and Nexus refused.
