The higher reaches of Himachal are likely to witness another spell of fresh snowfall, while other parts of the state may receive heavy rain accompanied by hailstorms from March 15 onwards. The State Meteorological Department has issued orange and yellow weather warnings for several districts for March 15. An orange alert has been issued for Shimla, Kullu and Mandi districts.
