Fresh snowfall in the high-altitude areas of Lahaul and Spiti has once again disrupted normal life. As a precautionary measure, the district administration has restricted tourist movement beyond Darcha towards Shinkula Pass on the Darcha-Shinkula-Padum road. Travel towards Dipak Taal on the Manali-Leh Highway has also been temporarily curtailed.
