Taking a note of the number of interlocutory applications being filed before it in stray dogs case, the Supreme Court on Tuesday said that so many applications normally don't come even in cases of humans. Notably, the apex court, on November 7 last year, ordered removal of stray dogs from schools, hospitals and other public institutions.
