A 22-year-old woman, who is a law student, said she was harassed by 4-5 society uncles who barged into her Bengaluru flat, which she owns, when she had invited her friends. She filed a civil suit and sought ₹62 lakh in compensation. She said wives of two society members pleaded with her, saying, "Beta, it's okay, it won't happen again."
