Japan's SoftBank Group is considering launching a third Vision Fund to invest in startups, according to a report. The size of the fund isn't finalised and is likely to see the infusion of its own capital. Last month, SoftBank CEO Masayoshi Son said that the Vision Fund investment arm would be restructured after it reported a $50 billion loss.
