Japanese conglomerate SoftBank's Chief Operating Officer Marcelo Claure is seeking roughly $2 billion in compensation over the next several years, reported The New York Times. SoftBank executives are reportedly willing to pay Claure "tens of millions of dollars" at most. The company said, "SoftBank and Claure are actively engaged in discussions about his role at the company and his compensation."
