SoftBank sells 2.58% stake in Lenskart for ₹2,888 crore

SoftBank Group affiliate SVF II Lightbulb sold a 2.58% stake in Lenskart Solutions through block deals on August 24. It offloaded 4.5 crore shares for ₹2,887.87 crore at ₹641.75 each, with the stake bought by 25 investors. France-based Societe Generale ODI was the largest buyer, acquiring 1.07 crore shares, or 0.61%, for ₹688.9 crore.
