SoftBank Group is planning a fresh layoff round that'll affect about 30% of the staff at its Vision Fund investment arm as part of cost-cutting efforts, Reuters reported. Vision Fund had 349 employees at the end of March, according to a company report. If finalised, this layoff round would be the first to hit SoftBank and Vision Fund since September.
