SoftBank's first and only female director Yuko Kawamoto will step down on June 23, after just one year in the role. Kawamoto reportedly posted a message saying the firm needs more people who can stand up to Founder Masayoshi Son. SoftBank's biggest challenge is coming up with a succession plan for its Founder, Kawamoto reportedly said.
